This documentary addresses questions of political responsibility and humanitarian intervention in Rwanda. It reflects on the nature of intervention and the humanitarian agenda that emerged during the 1990s.
There will have a forum afterwards on the dilemmas and challenges of intervention in international relations chaired by Aidan Hehir and Thomas Moore.
We will be running this event specifically for students on the modules Ethics and IR and Sovereignty and Intervention after the Cold War though MA and PhD students are also very welcome to attend.
